Jeff is a fintech founder and early-stage investor with experience spanning the investment, operational and policy sides of building and scaling businesses. He co-founded and served as CEO of Seedrs, the leading equity crowdfunding platform in Europe, which exited to U.S.-based investment firm Republic (whose European business he continues to chair). He also co-founded and chairs The Startup Coalition, Britain's policy advocacy group for tech startups and scaleups.

At Day Zero, Jeff chairs the Investment Committee and leads on deal execution, portfolio performance, operations and investor community.
